Though they don't have to respond to complaints legally, enough people
yelling at them does seem to get results.

http://www.airmail.net/dsl lists CIR and rates. That's real CIR not
the hyped one you keep hearing from others like the telcos.

Of course if you buy a gte bronze account it doesn't make much sense
to get a 6Mb/s account from IA.
