MicroCenter also has a pretty good selection of jacks, although not as good
as Fry's.
You may want to consider using "keystone jacks", which use wallplates with
standard form factor holes that different types of jacks plug into.
Wallplates with 1, 2, 4, and 6 holes are readily available, as are RJ45 and
RJ11 jacks.
