So are there any DSL connection options for those people
who have ethical problems doing business with either GTE
or SWBELL?  Frankly after the foot-dragging on DSL, I'd
rather not give the ILECs a dime.  I'd rather support those
ISPs who fought to get DSL into widespread service in
spite of the ILECs and their legal/PUC wrangling.

I guess this means an ISP who is buying dry copper
from running their own DSL network on top of it.
