re extra numbers, I think Greg is referring to the ability to have
multiple "directory numbers" on a single B channel.  A B
channel is a digital packet protocol and the actual phone#
dialed is communicated during call setup.  Greg's equipment,
if the right stuff, can decode those packets and make different
phones ring or in the case of a PBX (or a Linux app written
using the ISDN-CAPI device interface and the appropriate
ISDN card), can route to a fax line, forward, reject, etc. calls.

You already get two numbers with an ISDN line, one for
each B channel and you can get more.  You can also get
more SPIDs, independent of the directory numbers.
