[NTLUG:Discuss] Samba HELP!!!

Everytime I make a change to my Winxx machines' configuration I cringe!!!

Over the weekend I needed to change my intranet IP assignments to a 10.0.x.x
Class B network. Everything went pretty good until I tried to logon to my
Win98 box. I run Samba on my Linux servers and use 1 of them as a WINS master
with my Win98 box as a client. The network is working fine and I've purged
the old addressing scheme (and addresses) from everywhere. After looking
at my nmb logs I've found that the WINS server requests and wins as a master
and then a message stating that a master browser is already running at the
old server IP on the UNICAST_NETWORK subnet. I have not been able to find
where this is comming from and since this IP doesn't exist anymore everything
comes to a grinding halt.

Anyone have any idea what's going on here?????

An idea came to me during my commute this morning, could this be comming
from the windows virtual memory cache?

TIA,

Greg E
