The best place to start is down 1) go to http://freshmeat.net, 2)
search for ipchains-firewall (Manuka), 3) download the version pointed
to on the page.  You will get some scripts for a very good default
ipchains setup including one for masquerading.  You will have to edit
the script for your IP and any IP your masquerading.  This is a very
good place to start.

I'll hvae more details at the November meeting on ipchains.
