[NTLUG:Discuss] Any suggestion for ISP?

Hi Everyone.
Since neither cable modem nor DSL is available in my area, I need to get a
dial-up service. I have an extra phone line so I will stay on the whole time
so does anyone have any particular suggestion on any (cheap and yet
reliable) ISP which provides unlimited access with TELNET and FTP services?
I don't need any web space or so, just a simple PPP connection would
suffice. I just moved in from out of state, so any suggestion is greatly
appreciated.
