[NTLUG:Discuss] Building a new system

Looking for suggestions please.
I am wanting to build a couple of servers,
one to run qmail, and one to run Apache.
I am looking at around a 400 mhz each, I
dont need anything with daul processors.

Is there any "recommended" hardware
or anything parts that I should stay away from.
