[NTLUG:Discuss] 3Com 3C905 NIC

Changed one in my Daughter's computer when she took it to college. 
Took out the 3c509, replaced it with a 3c905b-tx.  Red Hat 6.0 took the
change much better than Windows did.  Simply fired up LinuxConf and
told it I had a 3c59x.  Was surfing the web through it in less than 2
minutes.  No reboot necessary.  

Hope you have as much luck as I did.
