Yes.  /boot needs to be entirely within the first 1024 cylinders - no
slopover allowed.  It looks like you have used 1020 cylinders so far, so
you have 4 cylinders (about 32 MB) left. 

I encountered a problem with Disk Druid (RH 6.0) partitioning a 13.5 GB
first primary EIDE drive.  DD saw only 1024 cylinders.  fdisk worked
fine; the rest of the install went fine.
