Hi all:

I have a qoestion about swich the domain name to another isp.
my question is if I want to my domain name (ex. www.aaa.com)
from isp A to isp B, Is it right that the isp A need to remove
the domain name www.aaa.com in their system and isp B need to
put the domain name into their system?
what happen if the isp A don't do anything?
