you probably need to allow the other hosts in your /etc/hosts.allow
file like so:

  ALL:10.3.0.

that will add the whole 10.3.0.x subnet of IPs.  if you just have a
couple other boxes, it's probably better to make a separate entry for
each box and put the full IP of each box.
