[NTLUG:Discuss] Netscape plugins

Works for me.  I had to be careful about .mimetype, .mailcap, and /etc/pluggerrc
not clashing with the plugin.  I believe a plugin only cares about the mimetype
and not the extension.  On abc.com I could play embedded *.rm     files (in the
browser window).  What you see in the netscape about:plugins is only what the
plugin reports to the browser.

Has anyone gotten Real Audio to work with Netscape. Teh Real Audio app
works but the plugin doesn't. the plugin information indicates an
extension of "rpm" and the links on web sites have the extension "ram".
Will manually editing the mime types work? If so, how do I do it?
