The "Office Deluxe," including Paradox, is, indeed, interesting.  

With the ready availability of WP 8, amongst other options for word
processing, and the similar ready availability of various spreadsheets,
"Office non-deluxe" offers relatively little that is not already offered
by the "gratis" version of Star Office.

Availability of Paradox is another story; that is particularly interesting
if it provides an upgrade path for some of the older Paradox-based apps
that people have been running as "departmental" applications.  My dad has
some apps he built on Paradox 3.5 that it would be nice to bring into the
"new generation."
