[NTLUG:Discuss] Townhouses, Cable, and DSL, oh my!

Hey all, advice is needed:

I'm looking into townhouses to move into with a roomate in the
Richardson/Plano area.  However, it MUST have either Cable or DSL
access.  (preferably cable, since I already have an ATT at Home account) 
Anybody in such a situation?  HELP!  Apartment searching SUCKS!
