glx does not support voodoo cards. you can install the agp module, but I don't
think any rendering libraries will use it. I vaguely recall seeing that even if
enabled, agp would not provide any benefit for voodoo graphics, but I can not
find the reference now. Let me know if you notice any difference.
as linuxgames.com video card review pointed out, the voodoo driver could still
use some improvements under linux.

ok, sorry for my ignorant ramblings guys.
I found a reference to agpgart being part of the GLX structure.
Am I right in thinking this means that if I want AGP access I must
use GLX..and all its limitations?
Or is agpgart something I can take advantage of with a normal
Glide/Mesa installation and my 2.2.16 kernel?
