...for those that don't know, yes I am _this_ lists admin...
I would recomend to not take mailing lists so literly/personally. This
(as in this list itself) is a forum for computers, or more specifically
for Linux. If someone says something you think was in bad taste, either
contact them off list or let it go. I am not saying that we should all
bash each other or people who are differant (unless they champion some
other OS =:^O ) and not expect to piss someone off or offend, but this
didn't look like a jab at people with "bi-polar" disorders but a jab at
the lack of user-friendly APIs for CC approval systems... or at least
that is the way I read it.
I could go into how I know plenty of people who are/have..., or how I
have been diag with it, or that IQ tests are complete BS, or anything
along those lines, but how does that help anyone with Linux and such...
It doesn't, andd that is the point of this list.
Remember, _please_, this is a mailing list on the Internet, not reality
(for most anyway). If you get upset about comments like this, I am
sorry, but lay off the caffeine, learn some relaxation techniques and
learn to let it go.
We did try to homogenize the list once (again, I am sorry) and it just
doesn't work. We want people to be able to speak their minds (to a
degree, for the most part) and not feel afraid to ask a question or make
a sugestion because someone might think they said something wrong or
offended someone.
This did not appear to be an attack...
If you feel this is wrong, please contact me off list. I don't think
this discussion needs to be continued here.
Thanks

so, has anyone else installed the Caldera Technology Preview Linux
Distro?
What about the RH 7.0beta (aka 6.9, aka pinstripe)?
