[NTLUG:Discuss] upload to incoming

I've set anonymous ftp on my system and can download files just fine. I
cannot upload to incoming. /home/ftp/incoming has drwx-wx-wt properties
owner root and group ftp.

When I try to upload I get "put wrong.wav: server said: wrong.wav:
Permission denied on server. (Upload)".

What am I doing wrong?
