Noticed that there was some discussion by Chris Cox et al. on the fact
that bog-standard loadlin will not boot a win4lin-enabled kernel.

I have found a fix for this (it's due to the change in the kernel
parameter __kernel_ds I think) and can post details or a patched copy of
loadlin ('load4lin'!) for anyone interested.

NB the downside is the patched loadlin ONLY works with
win4lin-kernels... :-(
