Since when?  This would have to be very recent... both the people I know
that got it within the last month or so were told if the user has Linux,
they just drop the line and leave and let you take care of the rest, and
that's what they got.  So, technically, what you're saying is correct --
AT&T at Home did not install w/o an approved OS.  But that didn't block my
friends from getting their service or anything.
