We used to use Web based forums similar to the one mentioned.
We have since moved to using Usenet style newsgroups. They
are industry standard.... I think you will find them
satisfactory.
Attach to ntlug.org as the news server. You can do this
in Outlook, if you just have to use a MS program :-).
