Its tricky, but I don't think you can map keys to do it....

FROM Windows TO Unix :
--------------------------------
Highlight text to copy in Windows and Ctrl-C (copy)
Hit the 'BLUE X' (X Windows logo) in the Hummingbird windows with left mouse
button
Go down to Edit
Paste To X Selection
>From  Clipboard
then use whatever editor command to paste it in (i.e. Ctrl-Y in Emacs....)

FROM Unix TO Windows:

Too flaky to document.  I've done it but its difficult to repeat......
