Don't be too quick to write off ISDN if it's available.  If your wanting
to run a server for anything more than a personal web page ISDN gives
you the uplink speed that DSL doesn't.  I get upto 256K in both
directions anytime.  An ISDN TA with built-in NAT makes security alot
easier.  A good TA will cost more than a DSL setup since in ISDN you do
get (or don't get) what you pay for.  Although good used ISDN equipment
is getting easy to find.
