aack.  well perhaps i didn't look for "zone" (it was a long time ago
when i did this... :)  can you grep for 'localtime' maybe?  the short of
it is that netscape is looking for timezone information and it's not
finding it.  at least that's what happened in my case.  

sorry for the wild goose chase on that.
