[NTLUG:Discuss] DSL in The Colony, and Southwestern Bell

This is for Cable, but I think DSL is the same.
The provider's "tech" came into my house and wanting to install on my computer
and demanding to see my Windows install CD.
I said, there is the machine, it is running Linux.
He said, sign here to indicate that you are going to do a self-install.
