No, it's more like "if you want us to send you a copy in an box, we'll
charge you $75 for that privilege."

The release of Solaris sources is likely under the "Sun Community
Software License" which has been characterized as being "about as free
as the former Soviet Union."  I doubt you'll see much there that you 
would regard as "liberty."  Though perhaps marginally more than would
be found with Micro Soft software...
