[NTLUG:Discuss] setting up a web-hosting company

hello all,
i'm going to be setting up a small web hosting company in the next couple 
months, but i need some advice from some experts.  Though I'm not an expert 
on the software side, I think i'll manage cuz i know the basics.But i'm not 
sure what type of line i should get to my house.  I know that this isn't a 
linux question, but i was hoping for some advice.  These are the parameters 
that are involved:

not many websites 5-10 max

they will only have minimal program downloads

i have limited funding for monthly and setup fees

though i need webpage download times to at least be average

Should i go for adsl? or are there other types that can offer competitive 
prices.  I know a lot of it depends on the avaialability in the area, but 
let's assume that all services are offered to my area.
