SWBell is setting up ADSL for home use for $49 a month, but that will go
up at the end of the year contract to $79 a month or so. We've had
customers come back to our company due to sticker shock.
Businesses are being charged $79 a month for 3 months, then it goes up
to $179 a month.
Your best bet is to get someone to agree to do hosting on their
equipment for you on the cheap ($20 per domain or so, less with volume),
give you full access to the equipment your sites are on, then start
selling. Your personal access speeds are then of no consequence.
