Well... No. According to M% licenses you don't own the software. The licenses
give you a _limited_ right to _use_ the software. Limited to number of machines,
number of clients that connect to it, for what purpose, whether they are internal
to your network/enterprise or external, etc.

This portends to only get worse with the new license schema for XP and .NET.
More good reasons for many to get off the upgrade merry-go-round and just say no.
