[NTLUG:Discuss] argh! music on RH 7.0 Gnome

  There is usually a physical cable that connecte the audio port on the
back of the cdrom drive to the audio input channel on your sound card (or
on the motherboard that has a build in sound card).  With this cable
missing, you can't hear played cd's unless you plugh in headphones on the
front of the cdrom drive.
