I can't imagine what I would write my CGI in if it weren't in perl.
But if the instructor is teaching the class from a MS perspective, it
is possible that he is refering to CGI for NT & IIS. And in that
world, it is possible that CGI is happening in VB or something these
days (I have no personal experience with IIS). In the unix/linux
world, CGI is still overwealmingly perl.
