Not a coincidence. (The PUC investigator also called the next morning
to see if the problem had been corrected.) Not SWBell - Verizon and/or
Ionex.  The bull about "scheduling" goes out the window when the PUC
calls them.

Not claiming any credit for PUC as "watchdog," just saying that when
they are convinced of a violations of their regs, they move and so do
the violators.
