What are you using for your Outgoing Mail (SMTP) server?
What are you using for your Incoming Mail (POP) server?

Using McKinney @home... my SMTP is mail.mckiny1.tx.home.com
and it's also my POP. You'll use allenflick as your id
for the POP server and then enter your password that you
got when you signed up through @home.

Are you using a router/firewall box between you and the
cable modem? They should have told you your @home
hostname... something like c568349-a.mckiny1.tx.home.com.
If you use a firewall, you may have to put that information
in (especially the domain: eg. mckiny1.tx.home.com).

Hope that helps,
Chris
