Dell Optiplex PIII Workstation, acting as CVS, HTTP, and SMB
server/development environment for a couple dozen web/java developers:
   4:07pm up 346 days, 5:48

The impressive thing here is that the hardware is so awful*, yet it still
runs rock solid. We had to put it on a weak workstation in a closet as one
of the famous "managers say we have to use NT instead of Linux so we hid
the Linux box so it just works anyway" projects. A year later when
everyone talked too much about how reliable the services were to hide it
anymore, they told us it was now something the whole company should be
using and made us put it on a "real" server. The workstation never broke a
sweat that I'm aware of. It hasn't had any work to do for the last month
or so, but I haven't yet had the heart to reinstall it for its new life. :)

(*Yes, a PIII is still more than Linux really needs, but these optiplexes
are really rather awful. :)

Of course, the box I'm writing this from is a 486/33 w/16M ram that serves
as a web/ftp/mail/shell/dns/chat server for about 2 dozen people, and it
once had 315 days before a fire at the power company starved the UPS. :(
At least that solved the problem of how we were going to move it across the
country without losing the uptime.
