Sorry... yes this affect Win2K pro as well.  I (unfortunately) have that
at my desk in the office and I had to get and apply the patch.

As long as your IIS is not enabled (nothing listening on port 80), you
probably don't have the worm... but you need to patch anyway (in case
it ever is enabled).
