[NTLUG:Discuss] How can it be M$'s fault! They put out a patch!

I don't know just how vulnerable anything of M$ is, but my ISP, Cox-Internet
here in Victoria, just sent an e-mail to all customers stating that if they
were running NT or W2K they could go to a certain url and have their machine
scanned to see if IIS was running without the customer's knowledge. Sorry I
don't have the url. I didn't save it because I am fairly certain Mandrake 8
doesn't run IIS very well at all. Peace, dennis
