I, too, use Earthlink as my ISP. I am on DSL through Verizon.

The fee quoted by Earthlink isn't just for the ISP service--it should
include the additional charge to Bell for the DSL part of their service.

That is, you'll still pay your current SWBell charge for the line, plus the
ISP fee to whichever one you use.

The $49 charge quoted by Bell should include their ISP hosting.

I was fortunate to get in on a $39 monthly Earthlink fee, plus my local
phone line charge which doesn't change.
