That should have been loaded to the mysql directory
on installation:
earth:/usr/local/mysql/var/mysql# ls -l /usr/home/local/mysql-3.22.30-pc-linux-gnu-i686/da
ta/mysql/host.frm
-rw-rw---- 1 root root 8958 Feb 11 2000 /usr/home/local/mysql-3.22.30-pc-linux-gnu-i686/data/mysql/host.frm
earth:/usr/local/mysql/var/mysql# ls -l host.frm
-rw-rw---- 1 root root 8958 Mar 13 2000 host.frm
earth:/usr/local/mysql/var/mysql#
earth:/usr/local/mysql/var/mysql# file host.frm
host.frm: timezone data
Get the file and copy it to the indicated directory.
