[NTLUG:Discuss] Failed Dependacies

On mandrake 8, when I went to install an RPM, and
failed dependencies.. mandrake started telling me to
insert media that contained the rpm that was failing.

Specifically, from Konquerer when I clicked on a star
office .rpm file (located on a SUSE CD) mandrake knew
that Java runtime was on CD 2 of mandrake, and asked
me to insert CD 2 if I wanted to proceed. This is a
HUGE step toward making linux a 'user' operating
system...

Does Red Hat have this 'fix dependencies on the fly'
technology? I'm talking about rpm's installed after
the initial install, not 'fix dependencies' during
setup.
