OK - so that's the SWBell name server. I have the address
of both primary and secondary servers - and Internic's whois
service give actual names for them.

OK - I can do that - Verisign have an entry where you can enter
the primary and secondary name servers - I can enter the names of
the two SWBell name servers - but that doesn't lead to anyplace
where *my* internet address is entered.
I still don't see where is the actual connection that maps something
like mydomain.org into the dotted quad for my static IP address.

I was afraid of that. So I'd have to run DNS/named/whatever on
my machine?
