you usually load the module once. they are ( generally ) smart
enough to handle nultiple nics.
your /etc/conf.modules ( or /etc/modules.conf ) file would have
something like:
alias eth0 via-rhine
alias eth1 via-rhine
if you had two devices that used the same module.

What gives?.  I can't seem to get the eexpress nic module to load up
twice....one for eth0 and one for eth1.
