[NTLUG:Discuss] two same model nics...won't load.

Very often, various modules require different ways of handling the load.

Long ago, I wanted to load two NE2000 compatible cards into a single box.  I
bought my RedHat package proudly thinking they would have the brains to
support me.  Unfortunately, the person I spoke with said he couldn't help
me... they would only support one ethernet card in the box.  I was floored
and vowed never to buy another RedHat boxed version.  (Well, I have since
then, but I wont be calling their support services...)

I learned by digging through various weird documentation that I needed to
manually enter parameters and I forget how I did that too... but needless to
say, the answer is in the documentation of the driver, not in any general
information source.

What gives?.  I can't seem to get the eexpress nic module to load up
twice....one for eth0 and one for eth1.

What do I need to do?  Can one not use the same nic driver twice??
