Shockwave is not available for linux. You must be thinking of Macromedia
Flash. It is possible however to get the Crossover plugin which uses wine
and Shockwave windows' dll's. This works most of the time for me (but
tends to make the system unstable like windows). Lately, mozilla has been
doing a better job of rendering then Netscape 4.7x, so you should try that
too. I have been generally less successful with netscape plugins under
mozilla, but this is improving with every release.
