You might try this website:
http://www.dyndns.org/dyndns/
They allow dynamic IPs to be referenced with a domain name.
Hopefully, you can get a static IP from AT&T, but until then,
this might help. It really depends on your purpose. If this
is solely to allow VPN access, it really depends on the VPN
software whether or not this will work.
