[NTLUG:Discuss] need help with mysql rpms

Can you tell by this typescript which rpms I need to update. I am sorry, I
am a bit new, and a little confused. Would a new mysql client get rid of the
"libmysqlient.so.10"?

root at support admin]#rpm -U *.rpm

error: failed dependencies:

 MySQL-server conflicts with mysql-server-3.23.36-1

 libmysqlclient.so.10   is needed by mysql-server-3.23.36-1

 libmysqlclient.so.10   is needed by perl-DBD-MySQL-1.2215-1

 libmysqlclient.so.10   is needed by php-mysql-4.0.4pl1-9

 libmysqlclient.so.10   is needed by rpm2html-1.5-4
