I've always had trouble on dual-boot systems if I install LILO in the
master boot record.  However, if I install LILO in the first block of the
boot partition, no problem.  Otherwise, when Windows decides (arbitrarily,
apparently) to rewrite the MBR, LILO gets blasted.

I hear there is another bootloader shipping with Red Hat these days -
grub, or something like that.  Is it advantageous?
