says your using a 10MB nic on an 100MB switch. or vica versa.
Doesn't look like the same thing with you... but might be.
Double / tripple check your cables ( Cat 5 ) and make sure that
your equipment is all doing the right 10/100 or what ever it is
supposed to be doing.
