[NTLUG:Discuss] linux newbie manual

yeah, it makes much more sense to put it in a universal format - HTML -
especially since I want it on the web.  Good idea James!
I was surfing the ntlug site, and I guess there are some web maintenance
mailing lists.  I'm going to try to join it, and see if anyone there has
authority to make ntlug.org decisions.  Everyone has been really helpful!
