So the question is.... where are the Apache benchmark comparisons between Linux
and
say... Solaris?? I think that would be interesting. Sun, an anti-Linux
company,
would probably not appreciate the comparsion of course, but I think it would
be interesting none the less.
Of course the hybrid/threading feature was considered one of the major feature
changes
in Apache 2.0 (that and the "native" Windows support).... has anyone tried 2.0
out yet? Any thoughts? What's the best feature of 2.0 for Linux?
(just trying to liven up the discussion list with something other than a support
request)
