Been there, done that, I would not have posted this to the board without
researching it myself first. But thanks for the advice on using Google,
I never used it before, always Yahoo, and I really like the Linux only
search on Google. I have the camera partially working in Linux, I can do
a usbview and see it, so this is not the issue. I tried using gPhoto
0.4.3 and it does not work with this camera. gPhoto 2.0 does, and I
downloaded the source code to install it and it failed 2 times. what I
was really hoping to be able to do is mount it like a drive and just
copy the pictures off. Thanks for your kind response, have a great day!
